Annual Genealogy Classes & Workshops

Our society offers a wide range of training classes and workshops at three library systems in Larimer County. Each year, we offer our popular classes and workshops for new and experienced genealogists as shown below. We have several genealogy instructors dedicated to teaching at our many society classes and workshops.

The following classes and workshops are scheduled for 2012:

  • Family Tree Maker Users Group meets monthly (except July, August, & December) at libraries in Fort Collins and Loveland
  • Intro to Genealogy is offered at Fort Collins, Loveland, and Windsor libraries five times annually
  • Genealogy on the Internet workshops will be offered at Harmony Library in Fort Collins, Loveland Library and Windsor Library annually
  • Dating Old Photographs at CSU University Center for the Arts Annex on February 18
  • Using Google for Research at Loveland Library on May 5
  • 1940 Census Review at Loveland Library on October 13
  • Six Week Beginning Genealogy Classes at Fort Collins Senior Center TBA in October Est. Cost:$49
  • Six Week Beginning Genealogy Classes at Loveland Senior Center TBA in October Est. Cost:$40
  • Writing and Publishing Your Family History at Harmony Library TBA in early November
